บริษัท VISIOBRAIN AI (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. (“บริษัท”, “เรา”) ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ (LMS) สำหรับการเรียนภาษาเกาหลี (“บริการ”)
การเข้าถึงหรือใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้
1. การสมัครสมาชิก
– ผู้ใช้ต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
– ห้ามใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
– ผู้ใช้ต้องรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีของตนเอง
2. การใช้บริการ
– บริการนี้ใช้เพื่อการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น
– ห้ามคัดลอก แจกจ่าย หรือขายเนื้อหาการเรียนโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
– ห้ามบันทึกวิดีโอ Live โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
3. คอร์สเรียน (Live / VOD)
– ผู้ใช้จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าเรียนตามแพ็กเกจที่ซื้อ
– การเข้าร่วม Live class ต้องตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด
– บริษัทอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงตารางเรียนได้ตามความเหมาะสม
4. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหาทั้งหมดในแพลตฟอร์มเป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัท ห้ามนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์
5. การระงับบัญชี
บริษัทมีสิทธิ์ระงับบัญชีหากพบการใช้งานผิดเงื่อนไข
6. การปฏิเสธความรับผิด
บริษัทไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ทางการเรียน เช่น การสอบผ่านหรือการได้งาน
7. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด
บริษัทสามารถแก้ไขข้อกำหนดได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

3. Courses (Live / VOD)
– Access is granted according to the purchased course or package.
– Users must attend live classes at scheduled times.

All content, including videos, materials, and platform design, is owned by the Company and protected by law.
5. Account Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, certifications, or employment results.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
