การซื้อคอร์ส/แพ็กเกจ/สมัครสมาชิก/คลาส 1:1/คลาสกลุ่ม/คอนเทนต์ VOD
– การชำระเงินถือเป็นการยืนยันการซื้อ
– ผู้ใช้จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าใช้งานทันทีหลังชำระเงิน (หรือเมื่อถึงเวลานัดหมายสำหรับคลาสสด)
การคืนเงิน (บริษัทจะพิจารณาในกรณี)
– ระบบขัดข้องจากฝั่งบริษัทจนไม่สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
– บริษัทเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกคอร์ส/คลาส
กรณีไม่คืนเงิน
– ผู้ใช้เปลี่ยนใจหลังซื้อ
– สำหรับ Live/VOD: หลัง “เริ่มเรียน/เริ่มใช้งาน” แล้ว
เริ่มใช้งาน VOD หมายถึง การเริ่มเล่น/ปลดล็อกเนื้อหา
– ใช้งานเกิน 10% ของคอร์ส (นับตามเวลาในการรับชมทั้งหมดเกิน 10%)
การยกเลิก/เลื่อนคลาสสด
– คลาส 1:1 และคลาสกลุ่ม: ผู้ใช้สามารถยกเลิก/เลื่อนได้ ก่อนเริ่ม 24 ชั่วโมง
– ต่ำกว่า 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเริ่ม: ไม่คืนเงิน (อาจพิจารณาเป็นเครดิตตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัท)
ระยะเวลาในการคืนเงิน
– ภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ (ขึ้นอยู่กับช่องทางชำระเงิน)
– คืนเงินกลับช่องทางเดิมเมื่อทำได้; บางช่องทางอาจต้องคืนเงินด้วยวิธีอื่นตามที่บริษัทแจ้ง

1. Purchase & Access
Payment confirmation constitutes a completed purchase.
Access is granted immediately after payment (or at the scheduled time for live classes).
2. Eligible Refund Cases (Subject to Review)
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Significant service disruption due to system issues on the company’s side
Course or class cancellation initiated by the company
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
For Live/VOD content, once access or usage has begun
VOD usage is considered started upon playback or content unlock
When more than 10% of the total course content has been consumed
4. Live Class Cancellation / Rescheduling
For 1:1 and group classes, cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the start time
Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable
(Credits may be issued at the company’s discretion)
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days (depending on the payment method)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible; otherwise, alternative methods may be provided as notified by the company
